City Guide: Hinggan League city is a low cost second tier city near Beijing, convince to Beijing by Hi-Speed train. Living expenses maximum 2500RMB per month. City without any pollution, famous by its beautiful view.

Requirements
Ø Bachelor’s Degree required
Ø TEFL/ TESOL 120hr certificate.
Ø Formal teaching qualifications are desirable, but not required

Salary Package
Ø 8,000-20,000 RMB monthly based on experience. (if the teacher has the management ability and rich teaching experience, the company will give the bonus end of the year
Ø Rent-free accommodation. The company will be responsible for the teacher’s accommodation (independent bedroom; television, internet, kitchen, independent bathroom, furniture).
Ø Working meal. Company will provide working meak, beverage and transportation subsidies.
Ø Assistant teacher provided. The company will provide language assistant to help teachers understand the culture and solve problems encountered in life.
Ø Flight reimbursement. For the teachers who work for the company more than one year, the company will provide one-way air ticket; for the teachers who are employed with the company for longer than 1.5 years, the company will provide round-trip air tickets.
Ø Enjoy all public holiday.
Ø The company will provide working visa supporting documents to assist the teachers to pass the visa interview.
Ø Paid medical insurance. The teachers will be provided comprehensive medical insurance in China by the company.
Ø Travel bonus. The company will provide travel funds (travel subsidies in China) for the teachers who are working with us for more than six months
Ø Yearly increase for base salary

Responsibilities
Ø Give lessons to the highest standards of English language teaching, mainly focus oral speaking and listening skill.
Ø Small class, no more than 20 students.
Ø 20-30 class per week, each class 45mins, 40hr per week. (teaching hr 22hr, office hr 18hr)
Ø 2 days off.
Ø Attend and participate in workshops in teacher development offered by the center.
