What’s expected from teachers;

– Teach spoken/ conversational English to students between the age of 4-18 in both big classes(up to 12 students) or small classes of ONE student. Classes can be ONE to TWO hours long.
– Plan lessons using provided teaching resources. Both digital and hard copy resources are available.
– Attend teacher training, meetings and workshop when scheduled by school.
– Maintain a teacher conduct and observe Chinese rules and regulations set by People Republic of China.

Who we’re looking to hire (Requirements);

American, British, Canadian, Australian citizens with;

1- College degree or above
2- TEFL/TESOL qualified
3- TWO years of teaching/tutoring/ coaching or training experience (providing employee reference letter)
4- NO criminal history (basic report from local police station saying they have no criminal history and not wanted for any crimes) report doesn’t have to Be nation wide..
5- NO health problems that may prevent him from traveling or teaching young learners.
6- ONE year commitment.

What we offer;

1- We offer a monthly package of 12000RMB/ month for 20 hour(actual teaching) contract per week. No extra office hours required.
2- Contract end bonus of 6000RMB.

5- Initial training, on-going training, support throughout the employment duration.
6- Airport pickup and free hotel/ accommodation for the first few days until a teacher signs a house rental contract (we assist)

Work location and schedules;

We have 31 schools in 3 major cities, Chongqing (24 schools), Chengdu (2 schools) and Kunming (5 schools).

Work schedule allows teachers to travel around the city/ the country which makes this a travel experience rather than just employment.
A regular working week starts Wednesday afternoon and continues until Sunday night. Teachers have at least TWO days each week where they can travel within or outside the city and get to experience Chinese culture.
Teachers work 5 days a week, 3 weekdays that don’t start until 4:00PM, Saturday and Sunday when they’ll have a full working days (9:00AM-7:00PM) however they may not have to teach all the time but will spend most of the day at school.

How soon are we looking for candidates;

We’re hiring all year long (12 months) and have teachers arriving every month so there’s no specific starting dates. We can have teachers arrive as soon as visa application is completed. Visa application may take 3 weeks of average starting from the day my team receives the above listed requirements.
